Trust Manager
Apply for this jobWe’re working with a highly regarded fiduciary services provider to appoint an experienced Trust Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with strong technical skills, proven portfolio management experience, and the ability to lead and develop a team.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of trust structures, ensuring high-quality delivery under the guidance of an Associate Director or Client Director. You’ll oversee and review the work of junior team members, delegate effectively, and play a key role in maintaining client relationships. People management responsibilities may also form part of the role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the administration of a portfolio of trust and company structures
- Oversee transactions and activity, ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal policies
- Supervise, delegate to, and review the work of more junior team members, supporting their development
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, advisors, and key stakeholders
- Assist the management team with wider operational and strategic objectives
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Professionally qualified (ICSA/ACCA/ICAEW or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a trust and company administration environment
- Advanced accounting/administration skills
- Strong knowledge of UK tax principles relevant to trust structures
