We’re working with a well-respected, independently owned trust company looking for a Trust Offboarding Specialist to join their close-knit, collaborative team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working methodically and takes pride in getting the details right. If you’ve got a background in trust administration or operations support and enjoy improving systems and data processes, this could be an ideal next step.

You’ll support the offboarding of administered entities, ensure data integrity across the core system, manage content on the company intranet, and produce meaningful MI reports that help inform key decisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Assist with the final closure of client entities and associated records
• Monitor data integrity, highlight anomalies, and support system accuracy
• Produce clear, actionable MI reports
• Manage upload, organisation, and maintenance of policies, procedures, and templates on the company intranet
• Take on additional ops tasks aligned to your strengths

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in trust administration, data operations, or business support
• Familiarity with trust systems (PlainSail experience a bonus)
• Strong Excel and data-handling skills (pivot tables, queries, reporting)
• Exposure to intranet or SharePoint platforms is a plus
