Apply for this jobWe’re partnering with a leading, privately owned trust company to recruit a Trust Operations Coordinator, a key back-office role supporting the smooth delivery of trust administration processes.
This pivotal position focuses on coordinating the end-to-end offboarding process for trust structures, ensuring every step is handled efficiently, accurately, and in line with regulatory requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate the offboarding process for trust structures, ensuring all legal, regulatory, and internal requirements are met
- Liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, and service providers to ensure smooth transitions
- Maintain accurate records, update systems, and prepare reports
- Analyse data and produce insights using pivot tables and other advanced Excel tools
- Identify process improvements and help streamline operational workflows
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in trust administration, data operations, or business support
- Familiarity with trust systems (PlainSail experience a bonus)
- Strong Excel and data-handling skills (pivot tables, queries, reporting)
- Exposure to intranet or SharePoint platforms is a plus
